Our menu's offer an amazing variety of tantalizing meals and with direction from your Sales Consultant we can customize the perfect menu uniquely suited to your personal style. Our professionally trained chefs take pride in making each wedding a success. Popular menu offerings include Roast Tenderloin of Beef topped with Cracked Black Peppercorn and Cabernet Demi-Glaze to Chicken Tuscany, which is a lean chicken breast smothered in Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, Provolone, Prosciutto and Madeira Wine Sauce. Sound appetizing? How about trying our melt-in-your-mouth Baked Cod Almondine with buttery Almondine Sauce? We offer two styles of menus for our weddings. The Wedding Menu is our most popular option and is designed for our wedding couples who want an open bar along with the ease of planning from an inclusive package. The Banquet & Catering Menu is designed for those who fancy an all hors d'oeuvres style menu with different appetizer stations or who want a cash bar or partial open bar instead of an open bar.
